Returns & Exchanges
Please get in touch via my contact page, stating your order number if you have any issues with your purchase.
I accept returns and exchanges on stock items, excluding earrings. For hygiene reasons all earrings are non returnable.
Unfortunately, custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
I do not accept cancellations once an order has been posted.
I ask that you please notify me of any issues within 7 days of delivery and return the item to me within 14 days of delivery.
To return an item simply post the item back within 14 days (UK) of receipt of goods. Please include a note with your name, address and order number. You can use any packaging, it does not have to be the original packaging as long as the items are secure.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and any loss in value.
Lost / Missing parcels
On the rare occasion that parcels go missing in the post I maybe able to make a claim with Royal Mail for a portion of the parcel’s value but there is a limited time period where this is possible. Therefore I ask that you please let me know your order has not arrived within 2 months of receiving an ‘order shipped’ email.
Knotorious Jewellery holds no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
